Job Summary

We are seeking to hire an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales & Partnerships to lead our sales and partnership efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth across key parameters, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base.

  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 8 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • ⁠Build and manage a high-performing sales team
  • ⁠Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with target market
  • ⁠Negotiate and close deals with partners and customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations
  • ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales materials, product roadmaps, and marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Analyze sales data and market intelligence to inform sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets





Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • ⁠8+ years of sales and partnership experience in fintech or financial services
  • ⁠Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful partnerships
  • Strong understanding of fintech products and services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Knowledge of supply chain financial services and requirements
  • ⁠Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
