Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with target market
- Negotiate and close deals with partners and customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales materials, product roadmaps, and marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Analyze sales data and market intelligence to inform sales strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of sales and partnership experience in fintech or financial services
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful partnerships
- Strong understanding of fintech products and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of supply chain financial services and requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
