You'll be reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager and closely collaborating with the city ops lead, and departmental heads to drive demand growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

RESEARCH & STRATEGY.

● Oversee team strategies and implementation in the city.
● Present business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
● Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
● Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
● Identify potential sales personnel that will grow Little Corporate in the country.
● Research and build relationships with new clients to foster growth of corporate clients.
● Plan approaches and pitches, train the team on strategic sales pitches.
● Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

IMPLEMENTATION
● Set up meetings between client decision makers and yourself.
● Develop proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
● Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
● Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

TEAM MANAGEMENT
● Ensure that the team's data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
● Forecast sales targets and ensure teams actively engage in growth and improvement of product.
● Track and record activity on accounts and to close deals by the sales team to meet these targets.
● Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.

FUNDS MANAGEMENT
● Work in close liaison with the credit control department so that credit issues are resolved smoothly.
● Deal with internal queries about payments, ensuring customers pay on time and negotiating repayment plans.
● Comply with the credit control policy
● Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner
● Meet cash & debtor day targets set to ensure team collection.
● Chase overdue invoices within agreed timescales.
● Regularly making contact with customers to ensure all relevant debts are managed as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience
● +5 years of experience in Management role in a fast-paced work environment
● Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or any of the related fields.
● Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
● Experience working in the transport industry, agency or bank is a plus
● Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills with a bias toward action and get things done attitude
● Previous experience in launching or managing a business is a plus
● Proficiency in English is a must
● Capability to use design tools for document presentation acts as an advantage.
