We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and oversee the sales team of our real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends in real estate.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Oversee property sales activities from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align strategies and objectives.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.
- Establish and enforce sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Drive the adoption of CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 7–10 years’ sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior sales leadership role in real estate.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, customer behavior, and regulatory environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
