Job Summary

The Head of Prestige is responsible for developing the digital experience vision and associated roadmap to acquire, retain and service emerging affluent clients. In this role, you will work with the product managers responsible for defining and developing best in class digital experiences that fulfills the client’s needs and achieves core business objectives. You will also work with stakeholders and business partners to define digital capabilities and user experience.

Job Description/Requirements

Primary Responsibilities


  • Develop digital product experience strategy for the emerging wealthy based on the vision of intuitive, smart, and frictionless experience.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to define digital product capabilities and experience which aligns with mass affluent, emerging wealth segment strategies.

  • Develop and maintain key metrics around DIY (Do It Yourself) capability development, user experience, adoption, availability, and development.

  • Establish, monitor, and maintain cross-departmental communication about how product is managed, as well as performance of key metrics.

  • Engage with clients to ensure high quality service, receive feedback, and include this in product updates.

  • Constantly improve customer satisfaction, usability, reliability, and operational efficiency by continually monitoring performance data and KPIs.

  • Partner with stakeholders (internal and external), software development leads, and management for sprint planning and expectation management.

  • Plan and host periodic events within the client segment with a minimum investment of 20M.

  • Manage communication with the privilege clients via Emails, Newsletters and Social media channels.



    Minimum Qualifications


    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar course of study from a reputable university.

    • 7 – 9 + years of work experience; Private Banking, Financial Services or Technology industry preferred.

    • Minimum of 4 years digital product management experience with track record of launching amazing customer experiences.

    • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.

    • A Masters’ degree, MBA or other relevant post graduate qualifications is preferred.

    • Strong level of understanding of the investment landscape globally or locally.

    • Strong previous experience managing the needs of High Net worth Individuals.

    • Deep knowledge of investment products & services.

    • Strong business development and relationship management skills.

    • Strong existing network of client relationships.

    • Outstanding written and communication skills including a strong track record of cross-team and cross-client team participation

    • An energetic, positive and innovative demeanor, with leadership and facilitation skills to bring projects to a successful delivery.
