Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support business growth and employee development
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure exceptional HR services
- Foster a positive work culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to drive retention and satisfaction
- Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and training programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Conduct investigations, mediate conflicts, and resolve employee relations issues
- Analyze HR metrics and develop action plans for improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business results
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred

- Experience with HRIS systems and analytics tools
