Job Summary
We are seeking a competent Head of Electrical Technicians to lead and supervise field technicians in executing high-quality solar system installations and maintenance.
- Minimum Qualification : OND
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 4 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical technicians
- Plan and oversee solar installation projects from start to finish
- Conduct quality control checks on installations
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians
- Ensure all safety protocols and standards are adhered to
- Interface with clients during and after installation
- Report project progress and challenges to management
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- 4+ years’ experience in solar installation and team supervision
- Strong leadership and technical troubleshooting skills
- In-depth knowledge of solar equipment, inverters, and electrical systems
- Good communication and project management abilities.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000
