Job Summary

The role focuses on organizing governance processes, coordinating coherent policy, internal and external audits, and marketing communications. The role is responsible for overseeing the human resources department and functions of the HR team, serving as the link between management and employees and ensuring delivery of processes, vision, and strategy that align with the law, as well as providing support to employees on employment and welfare.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the Managing team receives legal advice on risks and opportunities concerning corporate legal issues, including registration and tax issues, etc.
  • Ensure consistency, integration, and coherence of all policies and procedures
  • Supervise internal audit function to assure the effective operation of governance, policy, and internal control processes.
  • Ensure corporate compliance processes and externally dominated organizational assessments are carried out in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • A minimum degree in a relevant discipline such as Public Management, Business Administration, or Communications.
  • Minimum of 10 years in Corporate Affairs leadership role.
  • Solid management experience in external and internal communications.
  • Relevant professional qualification.
