1. Education - Min of B.sc in Accounting or related field. ICAN/ACA/ACCA and other certification is an added advantage.
2. Experience - 7 to10 years working experience (in real estate industry is an advantage)
3. Communication skills - must portray exceptional communication and reporting skills.
4. Hands-on - Ms office and major accounting softwares expertise is a must.
5. Interpersonal skills is compulsory.
6. Must be resident of Lekki/Ajah or environs
