Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Head, Facilities Maintenance to lead and oversee maintenance operations across our facilities portfolio. The role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, compliance, safety, and efficiency of all engineering systems and building infrastructure, while driving innovation, sustainability, and service excellence.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and oversee all maintenance operations (PPM, reactive, asset lifecycle).
Ensure uptime and compliance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and building systems.
Manage and develop maintenance teams and external contractors.
Monitor and deliver on SLA/KPI targets for client satisfaction.
Control budgets, optimize resources, and implement cost-saving measures.
Drive sustainability, energy efficiency, and digital transformation (CMMS/CAFM)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering (Master’s an advantage).
Minimum of 5+ years in facilities/maintenance management with 5+ years in leadership.
Professional certifications: IFMA CFM, PMP, COREN, NEBOSH (preferred).
Strong background in Hard FM operations and compliance.
Proven experience with CAFM/CMMS systems.
Leadership & people management.
Strong technical and compliance knowledge.
Budgeting & financial management.
Strategic problem solving and decision making.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
