Job Summary

Taju Audu & Co. (TAC) is an accounting/audit firm, a member of TGS Global, an International network of highly skilled professionals that are committed to rendering excellent service to the public and serving the need of various clients. TAC is looking to hire a Head of Corporate Services & Business Development. This role will be exposed to most of the organization and although will primarily focus on Administration and business development, the job holder will also have the opportunity to lead strategic projects on commercial legal services and provide project management support for key projects.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 4 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • The Head of Corporate Services will play an integral role in driving the organization’s activities and projects on a day-to-day basis.
  • We seek someone who can anticipate the Firm’s needs and solve challenges and daily issues as they arise.
  • This will help ensure cohesive, effective organizational communication and management by directly supporting the implementation teams.
  • Coordinate organizational activities and help implement strategic initiatives identified by the Senior Management Team. 
  • The Head of Corporate Services will focus on implementing multiple business development tasks, consulting projects, assignments, and core administration of the business.
  • The ideal candidate will develop qualitative bids and proposals and drive the business development endeavors of the Firm.


Requirements:

  • A Communications Degree
  • 4 years of experience
  • The ideal person will be an expert problem solver who adapts quickly to a fast-paced environment and is flexible to changing realities.
  • They will have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Be able to conduct qualitative research for business development purposes.
  • Be an innovative thinker and have relationship management skills.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with diverse levels of staff, clients, and potential clients.
  • Our team works best with people who interact positively, and who are results-based, entrepreneurial, and client-centered.
