Job Summary
We are a new fast food restaurant located in Surulere, seeking for an experienced individual to man the position of the Head Chef. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of all kitchen operations, design of restaurant menus, food preparation, ensuring that all foods are prepared to the highest quality

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations and food preparations
- Create and design innovative menus that reflect current trends
- Managing and coordinating all kitchen staff
- Monitoring and ensuring food quality is of the highest standard
- Monitor inventory levels and manage the ordering of food and kitchen supplies
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen that meets all health and safety standards
- Control food waste and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Train staff on proper food handling techniques and kitchen safety practices
- Keeping up to date with industry standards and culinary techniques
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a senior kitchen role
- Culinary school certificate/diploma/degree
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian and continental cuisines
- Proven leadership and kitchen management skills
- Excellent organizational, team-building, and communication skills
- Exceptional work ethic in a high-pressure environment
