Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and update menus
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards

Requirements:
- Culinary degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Expertise in culinary techniques and kitchen management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.
