Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Take orders and serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and building strong relationships
- Maintain knowledge of menu, drinks, and specials to make recommendations and answer questions
- Manage tables, handle payments, and operate point-of-sale system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards
- Work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
Requirements:
- Previous waiting experience in a hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills and accuracy with orders and payments
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
