We’re seeking a Growth & Community Lead to own our entire growth engine and build our community from zero to category leader. You’ll execute a lean, scrappy playbook while embodying our “build in public” philosophy - sharing our journey transparently with the legal community.

Job Description/Requirements
- Launch and moderate our community forum for legal professionals
- Run weekly community calls featuring user success stories
- Manage monthly feature voting and feedback sessions
- Create and nurture relationships with early adopters and beta users
- Build partnerships with bar associations and legal tech communities
- Engage authentically in legal subreddits and professional forums
- Execute our “build in public” strategy on LinkedIn
- Manage founder’s LinkedIn presence (daily posts, engagement)
- Create educational content (security guides, ROI calculators, tutorials)
- Produce weekly video tutorials and documentation
- Develop practice-specific use cases and implementation guides
- Share transparent updates about our progress, challenges, and learnings
- Manage product-led growth funnel (awareness → trial → conversion)
- Track and optimize key metrics (Active Users, Community Contributions, NPS)
- Run lean paid campaigns with strict ROI requirements
- A/B test landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion paths
- Create and maintain growth dashboards and reporting
- Support beta program and early adopter relationships
- Gather and synthesize user feedback for product development
- Create case studies and success stories
- Handle initial user onboarding and success
- Build referral and advocacy programs
- 2+ years B2B SaaS growth experience (legal tech or professional services preferred)
- Proven community-building track record (show us communities you’ve grown!)
- Strong content creation skills (writing, video, social media)
- Data-driven mindset with experience in growth metrics
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Genuine interest in helping small businesses compete with enterprises
- Experience with open source communities
- Legal industry knowledge or network
- Experience with product-led growth models
- Technical writing or documentation experience
- WordPress/website management skills
