Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The grill cook's responsibilities include preparing ingredients
- Informing the waitstaff when orders are ready,
- Cleaning the grill after each shift.
Requirements:
- Must stay around Ajah Lagos or its environs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience of 3 years as a cook, preferably with a focus on grilling.
- Capacity to stand for long hours.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety guidelines.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Level-headed.
- Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, as required.
