Graphics Design Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization's website
• Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connections with customers
• Monitor company presence on social media
• Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness
• Excellent graphic design skills to create all work-related designs like logos,  brand identities, business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, website pages design, and any other designs when needed
• Take excellent pictures
• Shoot good videos
• Creative content creation and management
• Social media management on all relevant social media apps
• Run ads campaigns that convert on all necessary platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, google and other local and international platforms
• Use productivity tools like Hubspot, click, Asana, teams, slack, Google Workspace, etc

Requirements:

• Graduate of any relevant field in the social sciences
• Able to work within set timeline target
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing,  graphics design, and social media management concepts
• Experience with business-to-customer social media and content generation
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• 2-3 years of graphics design, social media management, and/or digital marketing experience is required
• Possess great photography, videography, and editing skills for producing content
• Knowledge and use of scheduling apps
• Knowledge of keyword search and search engine optimization (SEO)
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The ability to drive is a plus

Work Schedule:

• Able to work 3 days full time on site, with 2 days hybrid option

• Live within the Chevron/Eleganza/Ikota/Ajah axis for proximity
