Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and eye-catching designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website elements, brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements.
- Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to bring concepts to life, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing our visual communication.
- Use a variety of design software and tools to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
- Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all marketing materials.
- Continuously stay updated with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to bring fresh and creative ideas to the table.
- Work closely with the content team to integrate visual elements into various materials, enhancing their overall appeal.
Provide design support for website development, email marketing campaigns, and other promotional activities. - Review and approve final designs before production to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Solid understanding of design principles, layout, colour theory, typography, and visual communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Edit and manipulate video footage to create high-quality videos, ensuring smooth transitions, audio synchronization, and visual coherence.
- Trim, cut, and rearrange footage to produce concise and impactful videos that align with project objectives.
- Incorporate engaging visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance video content.
- Select suitable music, voice-overs, and sound effects to complement the visuals and reinforce the message.
- Collaborate with the content team to understand video requirements, style guidelines, and target audience preferences.
- Continuously explore innovative editing techniques and stay updated with industry trends to enhance video quality.
- Ensure all videos align with the brand’s tone, style, and messaging, maintaining consistent visual storytelling.
- Review and approve final videos before publication, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage video files, backups, and organization to facilitate smooth workflow and retrieval
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a bachelor's degree in any related field
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience
