Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for print, digital, and social media.
• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, and email templates.
• Create visual assets for websites, social media posts, advertisements, and branding campaigns.

Branding and Identity:

• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual content.
• Design logos, business cards, stationery, and brand style guides for internal or client needs.

Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to produce high-quality visuals that align with messaging strategies.
• Develop illustrations, infographics, and animations as needed.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other designers to understand project requirements.
• Present ideas and concepts to clients or stakeholders for approval.
• Implement feedback to refine designs until the desired outcome is achieved.

Technical Proficiency:

• Manage design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Ensure print-ready files meet industry specifications for production.

Time and Project Management:

• Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain organized project files and design archives for easy access.

Requirements:

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail with a passion for visual storytelling and creativity.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and motion graphics is a plus.

Location: Shomolu, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 75,000 - 150,000

Work mode: Full time (9 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday)
