Job Description/Requirements
We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help communicate our vision across multiple touchpoints. You'll work at the intersection of architecture, construction, and brand communications, creating compelling visual content that showcases our projects and strengthens our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing collateral including brochures, proposals, presentations, and case studies that showcase our design/build capabilities
- Develop digital content for website, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising
- Maintain and evolve brand standards across all visual communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of professional design experience, preferably in architecture, construction, or related industries
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience designing for both print and digital media
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility across multiple formats and applications
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to take creative direction and feedback
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
