Job Description

 The Intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment


 Assist in the creation of signage, circulars, mock ups, email campaigns, online promotion, etc.

 Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials

 Perform analysis of marketing and sales data

 Monitor social media trending topics to utilize on social media channels

 Maintain tracking reporting of public relations activity

 Contribute to website redesign project

 Optimize website and social media

 Assist with online outreach and promotion using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and more

 Create and design print and digital materials

 Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline

 Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media

 Support the payment processing team

 Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation

 Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor


Academic and Professional:

 First degree in Social Sciences

 Professional membership in relevant associations or a Master degree will be an added advantage


 0 – 2 year post-NYSC candidates with a strong or demonstrable high acumen/proficiency in key skills that would be beneficial to the practice

 Proficiency in MS Office suite, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop
