Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Oversee the setup, customization, and optimization of GoHighLevel CRM and automation tools to meet the specific needs of MiBanana and our clients
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for leveraging GoHighLevel to enhance lead generation, client management, and marketing automation.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing specialists focused on GoHighLevel. Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns using GoHighLevel’s features, including email marketing, SMS campaigns, landing pages, and workflows.
- Client Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their CRM and automation needs, providing tailored solutions and ensuring successful implementation and support.
- Integration: Integrate GoHighLevel with other marketing tools and platforms to create seamless workflows and data management.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance and CRM metrics using GoHighLevel’s reporting tools. Use insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members and clients on using GoHighLevel effectively. Develop and maintain documentation and best practices.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance GoHighLevel processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest GoHighLevel features, industry trends, and best practices. Apply this knowledge to keep our systems and strategies cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience with GoHighLevel, including hands-on experience with CRM setup, automation, and campaign management.
- CRM Expertise: Deep understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead management, with proven experience in leveraging GoHighLevel for these purposes.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and managing a team, with strong mentoring and team-building abilities.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective strategies for using GoHighLevel to drive marketing success and meet client objectives.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing CRM and campaign performance metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GoHighLevel and its integrations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present strategies, solutions, and results to clients and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in GoHighLevel or CRM platforms.
- Agency Experience: Previous experience working in a marketing agency environment is highly preferred.
