Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Understanding curriculum requirements, and creating syllabi, lesson plans, and educational content that satisfy these requirements.
- Analyzing the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of students and structuring lessons and assessments around them.
- Adjusting teaching methods to suit different groups of learners.
- Incorporating social skill learning into the learners' class activities.
Requirements:
- N.C.E, HND, BSC, or master's degree in Geography or any other related discipline
- Preferably IGCSE Certified
- Relevant experience in preparing students in private schools, for external examinations in senior secondary school.
- Applicable understanding of the use of 21st-century teaching techniques in or out of the classroom.
- Essential social and interpersonal skills required within the school community
