As a startup company, this role will wear many hats and as the company grows, this person will be in charge of hiring his or her own staff to ease him or her into growing the company in leaps and bounds. A big part of this role will be, together with the MD, setting up the facility , processes and operations from scratch for the company to take off.
- Responsible for Sales/ distribution and Marketing of our products to retail stores, supermarkets and any other outlets that have direct reach to the consumers.
-Develop and communicate strategic business plans to the MD.
- Support the MD in all Financial and Strategic Planning.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain customers while tracking activities of rival products and providing feedback on ways to command a larger presence/space on the shelves. Evaluate customers' needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
- Managing company staff/operations as applicable. Acting as Interim Operations lead in anticipation for expansion.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
A self starter, proactive and diligent person will excel in this role. With a high probability of profit sharing/equity as the company expands, commitment and focus are a must-have.
- A degree in marketing is a plus
-Strong teamwork and networking skills is a must
-Excellent Communication and Time Management skills.
- Living on the mainland around Amuwo Odofin and its environs is desired ,to ease transportation burden on the individual.
