Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Make sure all guests receive a high-quality service
- Plan marketing campaigns
- Plan budgets set sales targets, and manage accounts
- Analyse sales figures and produce reports
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Deal with customers’ complaints and other problems
- Organise building maintenance and day-to-day running of the hotel
- Make sure that the hotel meets health, safety, and security regulations
- Prepare monthly financial reports for the CEO
- Handle corporate clients and ensure new client acquisition
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
