Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee, Process, and post manual journal entry requests accurately and timely.
- Maintain audit trails and supporting documentation for all journal entries.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of key balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and post accruals for various expenses and income streams.
- Maintain timely and accurate accrual schedules and calculations.
- Participate actively in the monthly closing process by posting all Journals
- Manage the company's rent tracker, ensuring accurate recording of rental payments and related accounting entries.
- Reconcile and verify all posted journals for accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during reconciliations
- Document reconciliation procedures and findings.
Requirements:
- Adequate knowledge of SAP
- 1-2 Years relevant experience
- First degree in Accounting or other related courses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Location: Ogba, Ikeja Lagos.
Remuneration: NGN 121,000
