- Own GDS Training and delivery; audit and certify travel trainers.
- Optimize travel school for agents supporting Air, Hotel, Rental Car, and Vacation Package customers
- Visit centres and identify areas of opportunity in training, technology, and process.
- Discover how we can leverage GDS relationships to optimize the process
- Work with technology and product teams to improve systems and processes, to build better and more efficient agent and customer experiences.
- Must be knowledgeable in Amadeus.
- Any additional GDS knowledge is an addition
- Must have good customer service character.
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision in the airline booking portal.
- Must have at least 2 years of working experience in the travel industry. I don't want those without these qualifications.to apply
