Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each platform (Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora, Medium, Twitter, and other marketing forums) that align with the goals of our PR Agency, Scholarship Program, and other ventures.
- Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging content, including posts, articles, graphics, and videos, to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
- Community Management: Build and maintain strong online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and managing discussions across platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborations and Campaigns: Collaborate with internal teams and external influencers to execute impactful social media campaigns that enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Graphics Design: Utilize basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing social media posts and marketing materials in line with our brand identity.
- Platform Management: Regularly update and maintain all social media accounts, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with our brand messaging.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, Master's Degree, NCE, or OND in relevant fields with 1 - 2 years of work experience.
- Proven experience managing social media strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora, Medium, and forums).
- Basic graphic design skills, with experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in community management and building online communities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
