Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and dedicated FTTH Installers to join our team at ZORACOM. The role involves installing, testing and maintaining fiber optics cables and equipment to ensure high-quality internet service delivery to our customers.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain FTTH connections for residential and business customers
- Perform fiber optic splicing, termination, and testing.
- Troubleshoot and repair fiber network issues to ensure optimal connectivity
- Conduct site surveys and prepare installation reports
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards during all installations
- Provide excellent customer service during installation and maintenance visits.
- Work on weekends and public holidays when based on operational needs
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND or relevant technical certification (in Telecommunications, Electrical or related field)
- Proven experience in fiber optic cable installation and maintenance is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Good communication and customer service skills
