Job Summary

Responsible for handling front office reception including duties such as welcoming guests, handling company inquiries and sorting and distributing official messages and emails. Serving as the face of the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Relay messages to appropriate staff members.

  • Answer inquiries about the company.

  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.

  • Ensure the reception area is always tidy.

  • Deal with visitors, clients and other third parties respectfully and discreetly.

  • Collate the time and attendance data and prepare a weekly report.

  • Handle official information with the utmost confidentiality. 

  • Receive couriers, letters, express packages and other correspondences for onward dispatch.

  • Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, data entry and collation.

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Sc/HND. in, Business Administration or any other related field with at least 2 years experience is required
