Job Summary

The work at the Front Office is a high-pressure one needing a bright, forward-looking and organized mind. The Front office is the heart and face of the Clinic. Initial and final impressions of the Clinic is made here by patients and visitors alike whether in person or by phone. The right candidate with the right attitude is particularly crucial.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • General Front Office and Reception work.
  • Excellent spoken English and telephone manners are a must.
  • Welcoming, registering, and processing patients.
  • Accepting and tracking payments by patients.
  • Reconciling daily sales and reporting.
  • Managing imprest funds if required to.
  • Banking (minor account work)
  • Reporting to the Clinic Manager or her Assistant.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must be exceptionally bright
  • Must have people handling skills, initiative, and the ability to learn and adapt.
  • Must be able to multi-task and have excellent spoken English/telephone manners.
  • Computer skills are a must, especially with Excel.
  • The candidate must be an HND holder and above.
  • Relevant experience will be an advantage.
