- General Front Office and Reception work.
- Excellent spoken English and telephone manners are a must.
- Welcoming, registering, and processing patients.
- Accepting and tracking payments by patients.
- Reconciling daily sales and reporting.
- Managing imprest funds if required to.
- Banking (minor account work)
- Reporting to the Clinic Manager or her Assistant.
- The candidate must be exceptionally bright
- Must have people handling skills, initiative, and the ability to learn and adapt.
- Must be able to multi-task and have excellent spoken English/telephone manners.
- Computer skills are a must, especially with Excel.
- The candidate must be an HND holder and above.
- Relevant experience will be an advantage.
