Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first contact to our Nigerian branch
- Make calls to clients and prospects to follow up on deals
- Send out emails to clients
- Typing, filing and documentation of all deals and company documents
- Keep the office area neat and receptive to visitors
- Attend industry events and meetings with the country manager
- Support activities of the country manager
- Any other front desk/administrative assistant tasks you are required for.
Requirements:
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual and time conscious
- Knowledge of administrative apps and tools for office management.
- Tech savvy person
- Polite, calm and friendly manner.
- Time management skills.
- Customer service skills and experience.
- Proficient at Microsoft office tools.
- Ability to use productivity tools like Hubspot, ClickUp, Asana, teams, slack, google Workspace, etc
- Graduate of social sciences or any relevant field.
- At least 1 year of administrative and/or front desk experience is required.
- Live within the Chevron/Eleganza/Ikota/Ajah axis for close proximity.
- Ability to speak any of the local languages, like Yoruba, is an added advantage.
- Available to resume immediately.
- Female preferably.
