● Receive visitors to the facility cheerfully & professionally making sure they are well attended to.
● Cover all incoming calls quickly and effectively; must always address issues effectively and expeditiously.
● Act as the primary source of facility helpdesk; responding and updating requests.
● Always ensure the right ambience at the reception by ensuring climate control, music control & other aesthetics are on point at all time.
● Other duties as they arise.
● Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
● Greet and welcome guests
● Answer questions and address complaints
● Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them and also securing parcels
● Take up other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● A degree holder (e.g. BSc. HND)
● Proven experience as front desk representative.
● Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
● Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
● Strong communication and people skills
● Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
● Problem-solving skills
● Customer service orientation
● Excellent oral and written and must reside within Lekki
SALARY; 60,000- 80,000
