Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out processes
- Allocate rooms and provide keys
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to guest inquiries
- Prepare room bills and ensure timely payments
- Process payments, deposits, and refunds
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests
- Offer concierge services, including booking tickets, travel arrangements, and local information
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software (desired)
