- Guides guests and issues guest badges
- Handles client complaints

- Refills office supplies
- Receives deliveries
- Responds to customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Receptionist Duties, Customer Service, Communication skills
- Experience in handling organizational e-mail communications
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- The minimum educational qualification is OND
