The Front Desk/ Admin Assistant will be responsible for receptionist duties, providing customer service, communication with clients, administrative assistance, and handling organisation e-mail communication.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answers phone calls courteously
  • Guides guests and issues guest badges
  • Handles client complaints
  • Files documents
  • Maintains schedules
  • Plans business travel
  • Refills office supplies
  • Receives deliveries
  • Responds to customer inquiries


Requirements:

  • Receptionist Duties, Customer Service, Communication skills
  • Experience in handling organizational e-mail communications
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • The minimum educational qualification is OND
