Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and organized Front Desk Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will serve a dual role as a secretary, front desk officer, and personal assistant to the managers, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service to clients and visitors.

  • Minimum Qualification : OND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for managers.
  • Perform secretarial duties such as managing calendars, filing, and document preparation.
  • Handle office correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage office inventory.
  • Assist managers with administrative tasks and personal errands.
  • Prepare materials and take notes during meetings when required.
  • Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for managers
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area.
  • Assist with general office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
