Job Summary

We are currently recruiting to fill the position of a Front Desk Officer. The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome/direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle inquiries effectively and promptly provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring logbooks.
  • Issue visitors badge and manage visitor sign-in and sign-out processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. 
  • Assist with various administrative tasks.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence or packages.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience as a Front desk officer, receptionist or customer service representative.
  • Strong command of English.
  • Present a professional demeanor and dress code suitable for the role.
  • Must be familiar with standard office procedures and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service and support.
  • Basic knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems.
  • Awareness of organizational policies and procedures related to front desk operations and visitor management.
