Job Summary
We are currently recruiting to fill the position of a Front Desk Officer. The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.

Job Description/Requirements
- Welcome/direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Handle inquiries effectively and promptly provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring logbooks.
- Issue visitors badge and manage visitor sign-in and sign-out processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with various administrative tasks.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence or packages.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Prior experience as a Front desk officer, receptionist or customer service representative.
- Strong command of English.
- Present a professional demeanor and dress code suitable for the role.
- Must be familiar with standard office procedures and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service and support.
- Basic knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems.
- Awareness of organizational policies and procedures related to front desk operations and visitor management.
