Duties/Responsibilities

• Respond to all client enquiries about products and services via phone or email

• Proactively reach out to potential and prospective clients 

• Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service

• Coordinate with digital marketing colleagues to implement strategies across all digital channels

• Prepare periodic Newsletters to database of clients

• Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services.

• Analyse trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance

• Present regular performance reports 

• Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies

• Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered including marketing materials such as catalogues, brochures etc

Experience/Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing , Communications or related field

• 3-5yrs Experience in sales & marketing and customer service

•  Graphic art  experience is an added advantage

Annual Gross Salary

• N720,000 (plus 2.5% commission on pre-determined target)
