Job Summary

We are looking for a front desk admin officer who will be responsible for the day to day running of the reception and front desk area.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the reception area of the office, keeping it clean and free of clutter
  • Greet people entering the building, answer any questions, provide directions and alert staff when someone is there to meet or visit them
  • Setting up the meeting room for the weekly departmental meetings, taking and preparing the minutes meeting
  • Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients.
  • Manage the meeting room log book.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls; determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and department
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written, oral communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Confident, self-driven, resilient and charismatic

Remuneration:  NGN75,000 net
