We are looking to hire a Front desk officer

Job Description/Requirements
- Operate telephone switchboard, answer and transfer calls
- Take messages and communicate to the appropriate office person
- Greet visitors and escort them to appropriate quarters/depts.
- Responds to visitor's questions professionally and courteously.
- Perform basic data entry when needed
- notify security about unescorted guests
- Assist in making meeting room reservations, catering arrangements, and travel books if needed.
- must be a digital person.
- the ability to operate Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint will be an added advantage
- Must be a female.
