The Food Safety Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the production, storage, transportation and sales of the company's food comply with food safety regulations and internal standards, and safeguard the health of consumers and the company's reputation.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement food safety policies and standards.
- Regularly check the sanitation of production, storage and sales areas to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Supervise food storage conditions, such as temperature control, cross-contamination prevention, etc.
- Provide food safety and sanitation training for employees to enhance overall safety awareness.
- Conduct food safety audits and prepare relevant reports to point out problems and follow up on rectification.
- Monitor the supply chain to ensure food safety compliance of suppliers.
- Manage and record food safety-related documents to ensure that all processes and records meet legal requirements.
- Handle food safety complaints conduct investigations, and propose improvement measures.
- Maintain communication with local and national food safety agencies to ensure the latest regulations are implemented.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Public Health or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in food safety or quality control.
- Detailed, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively train and mentor employees.
