Job Description/Requirements

 

The candidate’s job responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate Food and Beverage Options [Creating food and drink menus, choosing specials & overseeing food preparations].

  • Manage Food and Beverage Inventory

  • Oversee Kitchen Operations

  • Monitor Adherence to Regulations in Bars, Restaurants and Kitchen.

  • Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation.

  • Ensure adherence to food sanitation and safety guidelines.

  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • A first degree from a reputable university with minimum of Second Class Upper in any of the business-related courses, with special preference for a degree in Hospitality.

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in as an F&B Supervisor.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, customer service and organizational skills.

  • Detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse personnel, such as food vendors, cooks, restaurant managers.

  • Self-motivation, the ability to work in teams, and multi-tasking are other important capabilities.
