The candidate’s job responsibilities will include:
Coordinate Food and Beverage Options [Creating food and drink menus, choosing specials & overseeing food preparations].
Manage Food and Beverage Inventory
Oversee Kitchen Operations
Monitor Adherence to Regulations in Bars, Restaurants and Kitchen.
Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation.
Ensure adherence to food sanitation and safety guidelines.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
A first degree from a reputable university with minimum of Second Class Upper in any of the business-related courses, with special preference for a degree in Hospitality.
A minimum of two years’ experience in as an F&B Supervisor.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, customer service and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse personnel, such as food vendors, cooks, restaurant managers.
Self-motivation, the ability to work in teams, and multi-tasking are other important capabilities.
