Responsibilities:
● Staff Management:
○ Oversees the daily operations of the salon, including stylists, nail technicians, and lash
technicians.
○ Manages staff schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for all services.
○ Conducts performance reviews and provides feedback to staff.
○ Handles staff disciplinary actions as needed, in accordance with company policies.
○ Provides training and development opportunities for staff.
● Customer Service:
○ Ensures exceptional customer service by all staff members.
○ Resolves customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
○ Builds and maintains strong customer relationships.
○ Handles customer inquiries and bookings efficiently.
○ Assigns clients to available stylists, nail technicians, or lash technicians based on their
preferences and availability.
● Salon Operations:
○ Maintains salon cleanliness and organization.
○ Manages inventory and supplies.
○ Ensures adherence to health and safety regulations.
○ Handles cash register operations and daily sales reporting.
○ Oversees salon maintenance and repairs.
● Financial Management:
○ Assists with sales reporting and analysis.
○ Monitors salon expenses and identifies cost-saving opportunities.
● Team Leadership:
○ Fosters a positive and collaborative work environment.
○ Motivates and inspires the team to achieve salon goals.
○ Delegates tasks and responsibilities effectively.
○ Provides guidance and support to staff members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in salon management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using salon management software (if applicable).
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in managing difficult situations with clients and staff.
- Proficient in upselling salon products and services.
- Knowledge of retail management and product inventory control.
- Previous experience in a high-end or luxury salon environment (preferred).
- Ability to train staff on salon management software and technology updates.
