Fleet Manager

Responsibilities:

•  Oversee daily fleet operation, including scheduling, routing, and dispatch
• Implement and maintain fleet management systems and technologies
• Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
• Manage a team of Drivers, dispatchers, and maintenance personnel
• Maintain an effective communication system with all the Stakeholders in the organization (drivers, clients, supervisors etc.)
• Ensure that standard documentation is carried out at all levels of the operations – driver’s daily logs/activities, and truck inspections are carried out and documented accordingly.
• Draw up quarterly plans for critical operations consumables for all the business while putting strategies in place for proper utilization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

●        Bachelor's degree in business management, business administration, or any other related course.

●        Master’s degree is a plus.

●        A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in fleet management or similar role.

●        Strong knowledge of the necessary and required document needed for the fleet

●        Knowledgeable in fleet management software and MS office suite

●        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

●        CILSCM certified is a plus
