Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abuja for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. The role includes overseeing financial planning processes, developing comprehensive budgets and forecasts, performing detailed financial analysis, and building financial models to support decision-making. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and contribute to strategic planning initiatives for the university.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Budgeting & Forecasting
• Advanced Analytical Skills and experience with Financial Modeling
• Thorough knowledge of Finance principles and practices
• Proficiency with financial analysis tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience in financial management, preferably in an educational or non-profit organization
