Financial Accountant /Office Administrator
Job Summary
The organization is looking to bring on board an experienced Accountant who will also be the office administrator. He/she must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and also be proficient with the usage of Microsoft office tools.

Job Description/Requirements
As a chartered accountant, you will need to:
- manage financial systems and budgets,
- undertake financial audits (an independent check of an organization’s financial position),
- provide financial advice,
- review the company's systems and analyses risk,
- perform tests to check financial information and systems,
- advise the organization on tax planning (within current legislation to enable them to minimize their tax liability),
- maintain accounting records and prepare accounts and management information,
- liaise with external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise,
- prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts,
- prepare management account, arrange financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting,
- be versatile in at least one or two accounting packages.
As an Office Administrator, you should:
- Have a high level of administrative experience to perform a wide variety of daily tasks including secretarial duties,
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of office equipment,
- Document sales transactions and record staff daily productivity,
- Oversee the performance of drivers and car maintenance,
- Write reports on the overall activities of the company,
- Excel at interpersonal communication as well as have proficiency with computers and office equipment,
- Be able to successfully multitask while demonstrating patience along with strong organization and time management skills,
- assist management and other staff to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years’ experience as an Accountant/office administrator,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Access,
- Familiar with the usage of Android phone systems.
