Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the company’s budget and financial forecasts. Help analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures. Collaborate with department heads to ensure that departmental budgets are aligned with overall business goals.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring that payments are made and received on time. Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate records of transactions. Assist in the management of cash flow to ensure smooth operations and availability of funds.
• Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis to evaluate company performance and provide insights for decision-making. Analyze financial trends, cost structures, and profitability, providing reports to senior management. Assist in identifying opportunities for financial growth or areas for cost reduction.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies. Assist with internal and external audits and implement any recommended changes. Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring proper risk mitigation strategies are in place.
• Taxation: Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing of taxes. Ensure the company complies with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and changes.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash flow and manage liquidity to meet operational needs. Assist in forecasting cash flow requirements and ensure efficient management of working capital. Ensure proper control over company bank accounts and financial transactions.
• Financial Systems & Software: Utilize financial software to record transactions, generate reports, and track financial data. Help implement and maintain accounting systems and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Stay updated with advancements in financial software and accounting tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, MS Excel, ERP systems).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data.

Working Conditions:
