- “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.)
- Evaluate customers hiring and training needs recommend the right solutions that meet their needs using our product and build productive long-lasting relationships
- Reach out to every organization in Enugu and see we can meet their recruitment needs.
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments in the recruitment industry
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned location
- HND in Marketing or related course
- Minimum of 2 year of B2B sales experience
- Must be conversant with Enugu and its environs
- Computer use competency
- The candidate must be Target oriented
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
