Job Summary

The Field Sales and Marketing Agent is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services directly to potential customers in targeted locations. This role involves actively engaging with the public, creating brand awareness, and generating sales leads by conducting field campaigns and distributing promotional materials.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company’s products and services to prospective customers in public spaces, roadshows, or other outdoor locations.
  • Conduct face-to-face marketing campaigns, distributing brochures, and samples to attract interest and raise brand awareness.
  • Engage with the public to explain product features, benefits, and pricing, and answer any queries to influence buying decisions.
  • Achieve set daily/weekly/monthly sales and marketing goals through direct interactions with customers.
  • Build relationships with customers by providing excellent service and personalized solutions.
  • Conduct surveys and collect customer feedback for market research and future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to organize promotional events, roadshows, and other outdoor marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor stock levels of promotional materials and ensure all marketing tools are up-to-date and available.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports on marketing activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
  • Assist in planning and executing on-ground marketing strategies to meet the company's marketing objectives.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales or direct marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in outdoor environments.
  • Ability to confidently approach potential customers and engage them in conversation.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and perform under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and high energy levels.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or Sales is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and work outdoors for extended periods.
