Field Officer (Borno)

• Conduct field operations and data collection.
• Engage with local communities and stakeholders.
• Monitor project activities and report findings.
• Ensure adherence to project guidelines and protocols.
• Provide support to the Project Coordinator.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure effective project implementation.
• Conduct training sessions for local stakeholders on project-related topics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and prepare regular reports for project updates.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges encountered during field operations.
• Conduct awareness campaigns to inform and educate the local community about project objectives and benefits.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in field operations or community engagement.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and reporting skills.
• Strong understanding of the local language (a plus).
• Ability to work independently and in remote areas.
• Basic knowledge of data collection methods and tools.
• Good problem-solving and time management skills.
• Previous experience working in rural development projects is preferred.
