Responsibilities:
- Collect daily savings contributions from assigned customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient collection process.
- Build rapport with customers, answer questions about our savings products, and promote a positive brand image.
- Ensure the security of the collected funds by following established procedures.
- May assist with onboarding new customers interested in starting a savings plan.
